Words from Samantha (as featured in the May 2017 issue of our Employee Benefit Plans newsletter):

“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.” – Confucius.
This newsletter discusses the current trend of investment menus simplification in the 401(k) world. Oversaturated investment menus could leave participants feeling confused and overwhelmed, and make it more difficult for plan sponsors to fulfill their oversight and due diligence requirements.
