Jenea has fifteen years of public accounting experience, including six years of specialized experience in single- and multi-employer plan auditing, regulatory compliance and consulting services. She serves as a board member of the East Bay Chapter of CalCPA, where she is the Chapter Chair of the statewide Financial Literacy and Government Relations committees.

Jenea has industry expertise in employee benefit plans, distribution and wholesale, construction, manufacturing, professional services and nonprofits.

Professional Background:
Prior to entering public accounting, Jenea was a controller in private industry, as well as a consultant specializing in organizational/accounting system set up and business planning for small businesses.

Jenea earned her B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Business from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
