He has extensive experience working with Real Estate sales professionals and their clients, as well as technology executives with complex equity compensation issues. Before this, Nick was with Seiler’s San Francisco office for two years as a Senior Tax Manager, handling tax planning and compliance matters. He also worked with affluent local families and their closely-held businesses on Estate & Trust and divorce forensic accounting matters for the boutique San Francisco tax firm, Krohn & Co, for over 13 years.
